BIM modeling of all disciplines |
2 months Duration |
2024 Year |
The project encompassed the complete modeling of the exterior façade and interior spaces of a public hospital located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
This encompasses a detailed analysis of materials, dimensions, and the strategic placement of various elements within the site.
We are also integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems into the design using existing architectural and engineering files to ensure accuracy and coherence.
Our added value
Modeling all disciplines together and see how they interact was very important, as it allowed us to identify clashes and detect issues within the building in the early stages.

Testimonials
"Working on the Príncipe de Asturias Hospital was an enriching experience due to the scale of the project. Coordination between architecture, structures, and installations (MEP) was key to achieving an efficient and high-quality result.”

"The main challenge of the project was modeling the MEP systems with the provided documentation, as the actual project did not always match it.
The solution was to review both the documentation and the project images uploaded on a certified page, thus ensuring a correct understanding of how the hospital was built."
