Our Project Delivery Standards

initiating

What we want to do and who is going to do it

This is the first stage of any project and, without it, the others could not be carried out. It usually results in three documents: the Kick-off document, the Project Charter and the Work Order.

Planning

What we should do and how we are going to carry it out

In this phase we develop the course of action necessary to achieve your project objectives. Our Project Manager issues the work order to our Project Leader, and we hold an internal meeting in order to present the scope, roles and your project’s key goals to our production team.

Executing

Development of deliverables

This phase begins with a kick-off meeting with your team to define project milestones and expectations regarding deliverables, where we will also set up recurring weekly meetings to agree on work priorities and anticipate possible deviations in your project. Additionally, we agree with you on the frequency of sending Progress Sets for your review.. Prior to sending you any deliverable, our Architectural Services Manager and our BIM Manager will conduct a review not only of the documentation, but also of the digital model to ensure the quality of the delivery.

Monitoring

Actual performance versus Project Management Plan

Project monitoring and control deals with comparison. Through biweekly or monthly Follow-up meetings, in this phase we analyze the relationship between how your project is actually being executed compared to what we had planned, in order to define the necessary tasks to adjust to the plan.

Closing

Handover and wrap-up

Once we near completion of your project, we begin the close-out stage by transferring the project information to your team until 100% completion. Then we share the results and lessons learned with our team, and we are ready to blend on your next project!
