Located on the opposite side of the tracks from the Rialto Metrolink station, the project site is comprised of two lots: Lot 1 (0.98 acres) will be parking only, while Lot 2 (1.59 acres) will have buildings with additional parking. The project will provide 55 residential units in a 3-story above-grade building, comprised of a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units for a total building area of 122,500 square feet. Residents have access to a community center and pool located in the center of the U-shaped building.
