Our main objective was to model, develop, and document the Schematic Design (SD) package for four retail and office buildings, using a SketchUp model as the base reference.
One of the key challenges of this methodology lies in Revit’s nature: it requires early consideration of how elements will be constructed in the real world. That’s why it was essential for our team to not only master the software tools, but also to apply their deep architectural and construction knowledge. This combination of technical skill and real-world experience was fundamental to achieving a high-quality and buildable result.
Our added value
-
The client held exceptionally high standards and initially doubted our alignment with their vision. However, our team’s unwavering commitment to delivering excellence, combined with open and consistent communication, built a strong foundation of trust that led to true collaboration; and ultimately, outstanding results.
-
We explored and presented multiple options and alternatives to solve visibility challenges, always aiming to communicate our plans clearly and efficiently. This proactive and solution-oriented approach played a key role in achieving a successful outcome.

Testimonials
"The biggest challenge was to model in Revit the project based on the SketchUp model. Not only copying the form but considering the model as elements that may be built. On the other hand, the client had solid standards, we had to study and learn from them to provide the best result."

Job Captain
“One of our biggest challenges was keeping track of previous adjustments while implementing new changes—each update risked undoing earlier corrections. By double-checking comments and reviewing notes multiple times, we avoided setbacks. Ultimately, we established a clear and efficient communication workflow through Bluebeam, making the whole process more manageable and accurate."
