This project is located on a corner site and consist of a 35-story building featuring 523 studio and one-bedroom dwellings. Due to its larger scale, the plans call for maintaining the site’s existing footprint while providing open space through a large rooftop deck.
 
The main challenge was to coordinate all disciplines within the model and implementing the new façade design, which incorporates and expanded curtain wall system.
