Year-End Celebration 2025: celebrating what we built together

Last week, we gathered to celebrate our traditional Year-End Celebration, an evening filled with live music, raffles, and meaningful conversations. It was a special night to pause, reconnect, and celebrate everything we accomplished together throughout the year.

This celebration carried extra meaning. In 2025, our internal team continued to grow and expand geographically, with Blenders now working from more than five provinces across Argentina. For many of us, the event became a rare and valuable opportunity to finally meet in person, strengthen relationships, and turn everyday collaboration into genuine connection.

Beyond the music and shared moments, the night reflected something deeper: the importance of building culture, trust, and a sense of belonging in a distributed team.

A year of learnings, growth, and resilience

2025 was a year shaped by learning, adaptability, and resilience. Throughout the year, we focused on strengthening execution, aligning our work, and reinforcing the foundations that support sustainable growth.

Progress across projects and regions

Over the course of the year, our work reached new places and levels of complexity. We delivered projects across three countries and fourteen U.S. states, partnering with clients who trust us as long-term collaborators. By year’s end, we supported 25 clients, strengthening our capabilities through every delivery.

Our early years gave us identity, momentum, and valuable learnings. That chapter helped shape who we are, and now it’s time to move forward. The next stage calls for a sharper perspective, higher standards, and renewed ambition. We step into what’s next with clarity, confidence, and a shared commitment to keep building together.
