From February 23 to March 6, Blend will be conducting a strategic business trip across the United States, reinforcing our commitment to long-term client relationships and high-performance project delivery.
Representing Blend, Pablo Lempert, Chief Operating Officer , and Rita Carballo, Project Manager, will travel to the U.S. to engage directly with clients, participate in key project milestones, and continue strengthening our presence in the market.
Seattle: On-site project alignment
The first stop of the trip, from February 23 to 28, will take the team to Seattle, where they will join Michel Hebrant, Chief Growth Officer at Blend, for the kick-off of a large-scale project.
The beginning of this new engagement created a strategic opportunity to align on-site at the project’s launch while integrating a broader business development agenda across the U.S. market. Participating in the kick-off allows the team to engage in early-stage BIM coordination discussions, validate workflows, align documentation standards, and reinforce communication structures between extended teams.
By connecting in person at this milestone, Blend strengthens its approach to BIM management, ensuring clarity in scope definition, model development strategy, and production alignment from day one.
Deepening client relationships in Los Angeles & Orange County
From February 28 to March 6, Pablo and Rita will join Jeff Bymaster, Chief Business Development Officer, to visit clients across the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
These meetings will focus on reviewing ongoing BIM services, discussing pipeline opportunities, evaluating project performance, and exploring future collaboration models. As part of Blend’s commitment to scalable BIM coordination and production support, these conversations help reinforce long-term partnerships and strategic growth in the California market.
In parallel, the team will attend relevant AEC industry meetings and sector events, continuing to position Blend as a reliable partner in BIM consulting, production support, and integrated project delivery.
