From September 7 to 10, Blend's Partner and CEO, Martín López, will be in Dubai for a packed agenda that reflects where the region sits in our growth strategy: an established client relationship, a major industry event, and the early conversations that could shape new partnerships.
Strengthening a long-standing client relationship
Martín's first stop is a meeting with one of Blend's longest-standing strategic clients in the region, a relationship that dates back to 2021. Working in the Middle East comes with a distinct challenge: the accelerated pace of the market, paired with projects that involve highly complex geometries.
Our answer has always been the same. We put a highly trained team in place, in constant communication with the client, providing the support they need at the pace they need it, backed by strong BIM coordination across every discipline. Over the years, that approach turned a service relationship into a real partnership, two teams working as one.
These meetings are a chance to reconnect in person, align on what's ahead, and reinforce a collaboration built on trust and consistency.
Attending the IPS 2026 Show
Martín will also attend the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, now in its 22nd edition and the Middle East's largest international property sales event.
Over three days, the show brings together developers, investors, banks, legal firms, agents, and auction houses in a single real estate marketplace, alongside four dedicated pillars: IPS Future Cities, IPS Design, IPS Services, and IPS PropTech Startups. It's a chance for Blend to stay close to where the region's real estate and construction market is heading, and to connect with the people shaping it.
Opening doors with dubai-based architecture firms
Beyond the client meeting and IPS, the trip is a chance to start new conversations. Martín will meet with Dubai-based architecture firms that could become Blend BIM partners, firms looking for a technical partner who can keep up with the scale and complexity of the region's projects through hands-on BIM Management & Consulting.
This trip reflects Blend's approach to growth in the Middle East: strengthening the relationships we've already built, staying present at the events that define the region's real estate market, and opening the door to new partnerships. Each of these moments reinforces the same commitment, being a close, reliable technical partner for teams building in a market that moves fast and demands precision.
Let's Blend!
We're looking forward to these days in Dubai, meeting partners, clients, and industry peers, and taking another step toward more connected, BIM-driven projects.
Let's talk about what working together could look like.
